In case of datacenter emergencies we will notify our clients via email or on our website. We will send notifications about any scheduled maintenance in advance to give our clients enough time to prepare for planned outage. Our scheduled maintenance is designed for minimal downtime and will usually take a very short time to complete, however unforseen circumstances may occur and the downtime may be affected as a result. Our datacenter is staffed 24/7 and all support requests will be handled as soon as they are received.
